Shipping:  The process of receiving your finished piece of cremation jewelry involves shipment from me to you (container for cremains), shipment from you to me (with cremains), and then shipment from me to you with the finished product.  Buyer is responsible for shipping cost associated with shipping cremains to me. Visit: https://www.usps.com/ship/shipping-restrictions.htm for information about mailing cremains. I promise that great care will be used in packaging and handling. I cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or other adverse event that may occur during transit via US Postal Service.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of this kind of work, all sales are final. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase we can discuss creation of another piece for you and/or explore other options to "make things right" that are mutually acceptable for the both of us. Generally speaking, no refunds are given.

Product Guarantee: I guarantee that YOUR loved one's ashes will be used in the creation of your memorial jewelry. You will receive a Certificate of Authenticity with your purchase stating such. If anything should happen to your piece of jewelry within the first 6 months, please let me know and it will be repaired at no cost to you (except the shipping cost from you to me). Jewelry should be handled with care. You will want to follow these basic guidelines to preserve the longevity and quality of your jewelry. You should avoid prolonged water exposure (swimming, showering, etc.). Do not wear in a hot tub.  Things such as perfumes, lotions, etc. can affect the pendant finish and it is best to use care when wearing your jewelry.

I guarantee that the glass piece will not break.

Special Order Requests: I am always open to trying new creations if I think it is possible. I accept special order requests, and depending on the request, may be subject to an additional 10% service fee (of base price of the item).
